Unser Neues RC Basel LogoWir als Roundnet Club Basel entwicklen uns stetig weiter. Seit unserer Gründung hat sich viel getan, aus diesem Grund war es Zeit auch unser Logo und unsere Club-Farben neu zu definieren. Nach langen Überlegungen und Adaptationen haben wir uns schliesslich auf dieses neue Logo geeignet. Wir hoffen es gefällt euch.

Swiss Championships, Bern 8.-9.07.2022

The Swiss championships in Bern were a blast ‼️🎉 We had a weekend full of amazing games and built new friendships 💯 We congratulate Cédi and Laura for their 2nd place in the Open division and 1st place in the Mixed division of Sunday ✅ |

Spikeball Tourstop, Paris 02.07.2022

We are so stoked to announce that Cédi and Laura are as well trained and playing together as never before! They won the mixed tournament of the Spikeball Tourstop in Paris in the beginning of July 2022! ✅ In addition to that, Laura got invited to Boston, USA for another tournament and got 2nd place (this just as a small btw comment ;))

Swiss National Team Selection
For the World Championships in August there took place 3 different days where different ppl according to the gained points during the last 12 months were invited and played with as well as against each other. At the beginning of August there will be decided who will play for Switzerland at the World Championships in August! 🎉🎉‼️

Mixed Tournament in Muttenz, Basel 07.05.2022
The tournament was a blast and we are happy to have successfully organized the 2nd Mixed Tournament of the season! We thank all the participants and the organization, Chiara, Yves, Patrick, Zandi and Luca (huge thanks goes to Luca for all the amazing pictures) 🥳
We are happy to announce the first mixed tournament of the season! It will take place in Muttenz, Basel 🎉 Here you'll find all the necessary information about the upcoming tournament 🥳
Where: Sportplatz Margelacker, Muttenz
When: arrival between 9-9:30am
Parking: Parking Margelacker, Muttenz
Cost: CHF20 per Person (you can pay via bank transfer or TWINT)
Snacks: we will provide snacks, you need to bring your own lunch or buy it in Muttenz (we will offer to organize pizza for everyone at the end of the tournament)

One of our board members, Chiara, is a board member of the Swiss Roundnet Association (SRA) since Summer 2021! They had a meeting on 6 February 2022 about the distribution of tasks and objectives for the coming year. Club Weekend 9.-10.10.2021
Throwback time! 💯🥳
We look back on the first club weekend of the Roundnet Club Basel! Less than two weeks ago, 16 members of our club ventured to the Biel/Bienne region and spent the weekend together. ‼️🎉
First we took the boat from the hostel in Biel/Bienne to Ligerz, there we took the FiniFuni to Prêles and hiked over the Twannbachschlucht to Twann. 🕺🏼💃🏽In Twann we got from Tinu, a resident winemaker, a guided tour of the town and the quite charming subject of viticulture. After a tasting in his wine cellar we went back to Biel/Bienne, where we enjoyed the evening. 🌜🍻
Sunday was next to a hangover-swim in the lake reserved for Roundnet. 😍
We thank you in the name of the board for the great time and are curious if we can top the great weekend next year!
A huge thank you goes to @lucapolpaoletti who took all the beautiful pictures and @chiaraaolivia for organizing the whole event. 💯🎉

As Noémie and Zoe will start a semester abroad in August 2021, Patrick and Pascal will support us until March 2022 and take over the tasks of the two board members. We look forward to their support and the coming six months!

I think I can speak for everyone when I say that I slept soundly after this tournament. Not everything went as planned by far, but nevertheless, from our point of view, we hosted a worthy last Masters tournament in 2021. This years first masters tournament took place in Lucerne. We had two teams of our club participating, Chiara with Isabel and Laura with Levke. Chiara and Isabel got the 7th place in the women's division and Laura and Levke won the 1st place! 😍 So proud! 🎉 |
